Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders are not normally processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

YMPLIFY ships to selected international destinations, including Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, India, Singapore and other regions available at checkout.

SHIPPING COST

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders to destinations available at checkout. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery times are generally 5–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, public holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our control.

ORDER TRACKING

Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after their order has been dispatched. Please allow some time for tracking information to become active.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure that your shipping information is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched.

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS
